Zurich Triemli is a railway station in the west of the Swiss city of Zurich, in the city's Friesenberg quarter. It is served by line S10 of the Zurich S-Bahn, which is operated by the Sihltal Zürich Uetliberg Bahn (SZU).[1][2]
Besides being served by through trains between Zurich HB and Uetliberg railway stations, which normally run every half hour, Triemli is also the terminus of a more frequent suburban shuttle service from Zurich HB. Both services operate under the S10 number.
The station is adjacent to the Triemli Hospital, one of Zurich's main hospitals, and there is direct access from the station platform to the hospital site. The station is some 400 metres (1,300 ft) on foot from the Triemli terminus of routes 9 and 14 of the Zurich tram system, which lies at a lower level on the other side of the hospital site.
